A little teaser backstory :

The drow is a haught drow Mage and likes to command others. He represents the Black Spider from Lost mines of Phandelver.
The wizard (named Angmar Suul) has a red book (the book of Angmar) which delves into shadow magic and necromancy. He has created a shadow Hall which exists between material and shadow realms. Angmar is wanted for this knowledge by an Undying patron (Lich).
The last one on the right is a Doppelganger Ruprecht, who looks like a small town functionary and supports the town master.
